The Association through its One Stop Shop acts as agents for Rural Home Ownership Grants. These grants are provided by the Scottish Government for first-time builders.

If you are interested in applying for a RHOGs grant, we need to know the maximum mortgage available to you, and if possible, the approximate value of the site in mind.

One Stop Shop Grants

Our One Stop Shop also acts as an agent for the Shetland Islands Council providing assistance to private householders for repair, improvements and adaptations to their homes. The One Stop Shop can provide a complete support service for householders repairing and improving their homes.
