Over the last few months the Association has been looking for tenants and customers to get involved, and provide feedback on Tenant Arrears, Tenant
Participation Strategy, Tenant Handbook and our Re-Let Standard. The Association ran a consultation period, which included an event held at the
Clickimin Leisure Centre, asking tenants and customers to complete questionnaires on these subjects. Everyone who completed a questionnaire had their name entered into a prize draw to win an IPad.

The draw was made recently and the lucky name drawn out of the hat was Hazel Shearer who said: “I am delighted to have won the IPad and to
help the Association in providing feedback on their services”.

The Associations Housing Manager Fiona Robertson said: “we are delighted Hazel took the small amount of time required to complete the
questionnaires which resulted in her winning the IPad. The Association is always very grateful to tenants who come along and get involved and hope Hazel enjoys using her prize”

Despite the fact the prize draw has been made for this consultation the Association would still welcome tenant and customer views on the above
topics or any subject relating to the services it provides. Please see the ‘Get Involved’ section of the website for more details.
