How much rent do I pay?

Q: How much rent do I pay?
A: This depends on many factors, such as location, type and size of your property etc.

Q: What are services and why am I paying for them?
A: Services are additional charges which are not included in the rent. They include grass cutting, estate lighting, and cleaning and gardening of common areas.

Q: Will my rent change during my tenancy?
A: Rent is reviewed each year, and any change will take place on 1st April of that year. (You will be notified in writing about this, should it occur.)

Q: I would like to swap houses with another tenant. How can I achieve this?
A: This is called a "mutual exchange". Firstly, please read our policy on this. This document contains important information about exchanges. Then, notify us of the exchange.

Q: What if I want to move to a bigger or smaller house within the Association?
A: This is known as a "transfer", and we request that you read our transfer policy first. Please contact us to organise a transfer.
