Are you a parent or carer for a child under 6 years of age?

Do you receive any of the following benefits;

• Universal Credit
• Child Tax Credit
• Working Tax Credit
• Income Support
• Pension Credit
• Income Based Job Seekers
• Income Based Employment and Support Allowance

If so, you may be eligible to receive an extra £10 per week for each child under six. Payments will be made straight into your bank account and will start from 15^th February 2021. Social Security Scotland are accepting applications now, and we would encourage you make your claim in the following ways;

This payment will not affect other social security payments you receive, and is part of The Scottish Government’s Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan.
