We are very excited to share with you a number of photographs from our latest Development at King Harald Street, which is nearing completion.

An excellent example of land regeneration, transforming what was essentially a waste piece of ground into a site that will offer 27 affordable homes right in the centre of town. The contemporary design complements the surrounding area, and we feel the development blends nicely into King Harald Street, as though it has always been there.

The principal contractor, local firm DITT, is working to a project completion timescale of the middle of December. To re-assure all applicants, and to dismiss any talk of properties being pre-allocated, we can confirm no properties have been allocated at this stage. Allocations are due to take place in January 2021, and, as always, this will be well advertised. Public open days will not be possible at this time, but we are working on ways to provide all interested parties with a virtual tour of the flats.
