Scottish Housing Regulator's Annual Report

September 4th 2023

The Scottish Housing Regulator has recently published its Annual Report on the performance of social housing landlords for the reporting year 2022/23.

The Scottish Housing Regulator has recently published its Annual Report on the performance of social housing landlords for the reporting year 2022/23. This includes key performance indicators on areas such as the time taken to complete repairs, the level of rent arrears, the percentage of stock compliant with energy efficiency standards, along with a whole host of tenant satisfaction data.

We are delighted to report the Association continues to perform above the national average for the majority of indicators, including the fundamental questions of ‘satisfaction with overall service provided by landlord’ and ‘tenants feel the rent represents good or very good value for money’. To see a full overview of Hjaltland’ s performance, including the use of a comparison tool with other social landlords, please visit the Scottish Housing Regulator’s website; https://www.housingregulator.gov.scot/landlord-performance/landlords/hjaltland-housing-association-ltd.

All tenants will receive our Annual Report for 2022/23 in the coming weeks and this will include detail on our performance, making comparisons to both the national average and the previous reporting year of 2021/22.
