Each year, a Tenant Participation Action Plan is published as part of Hjaltland Housing Association’s five-year Business Plan.
The following report will scrutinise the action plan for the 2021/22 reporting year, detailing all tenant participation activity and ensuring the Association is delivering on its commitment to maximise tenant input.
