If you ever find that you’re having difficulty paying, please let us know immediately. It’s never a good idea to let arrears build up, because it can be a source of real stress and it’s also a breach of your tenancy agreement that could lead to the loss of your home. If you’re having difficulties, we’ll do our best to help.

We have made it as easy as we can for you to pay your rent. You can use any of the methods listed below:

Direct Debit from your bank account

Payments can be made monthly or weekly. You can download the direct debit form here, or we can send you one. With a direct debit, we can collect the right amount of money, whether your rent has gone up or down, so that you won’t have to fill in more forms.

Standing Order from your bank account

Again, payments can be made monthly or weekly. However, the standing order is for a fixed amount, so if your payments change you’d need to fill in a new form. You can download the Standing Order Form here. Please contact the Association for bank account details prior to completing the form. 

Cash or cheque

We’re happy to accept cash or a cheque at our office, or you can send a cheque through the post, to the address below.

Debit card

You can use a debit card at our office, or you can phone us with the card details. The number you need is (01595) 694986.
