All our new properties, in line with current legislation,
comply with Varying Needs Standards. This means that they are built
to a standard which makes them suitable for tenants of all ages
with a variety of different needs.
Our sheltered housing units, in addition to the
above, have an on-call warden and an alarm system. The warden is
the first point of call should a problem occur in the sheltered
housing scheme.
