This project is under construction with completion anticipated in winter 2023.
Aith
Construction has begun onsite, with an anticipated completion date at the beginning of 2024.
This development will result in the provision of 6 new homes in central Aith and supplements the Associations existing scheme at Marthastoon. The Associations existing properties are located across from the the Aith public hall and the new scheme will be constructed to the West of them. The design will extend the existing access road into Marthastoon and compliment the surrounding properties.
There are two different property sizes being provided on this project:
- Three (2-Bedroom 3-person houses)
- Three (2-Bedroom 4-person houses)
All properties are timber kit construction with external timber cladding. The heating is supplied via Air Source Heat pumps and all properties have Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery.
