Tenant, Sheltered tenants and customers receiving a factoring service will shortly be receiving a copy of the satisfaction survey.  You have the option to complete the paper copy or the internet version.  If you wish to complete the online version you will need to enter the unique code that is on the paper copy.  Please complete the survey that applies to you.  Please only return one survey either the paper copy or the internet version
