Estate Support Worker

Estate Support Worker – Part Time Permanent Position (approx. 23 hours per week)

Salary on a scale TAS1 (Grade 1) £20,248 Pro Rota (£11.13 per hour inclusive of Island Allowance) in addition a car allowance of £1,472 plus mileage will be paid for the use of own vehicle.

In addition to the salary and allowance the Association operates a contributory occupational pension scheme.

The Estate Support Worker plays a key role as part of the Housing and Customer Services team. They will assist the Senior Technical Officer to provide an estate cleaning and snow clearing service to various schemes throughout the central mainland providing tenants with a quality service.

The successful applicant will be sensitive to the needs of our tenants, articulate, diplomatic, self-reliant and be able to work using their own initiative. A full driving licence and suitable vehicle are essential.

A mileage rate will be paid as required.
