Within this section the Association aims to provide information on its proposed construction and maintenance tenders over the next few years.
Scheduled tenders 2025/26
The below contracts will be tendered in order to commence work onsite within the financial year 2025/26.
Planned Maintenance

The below contracts will be tendered in order to commence work onsite within the financial year 2026/27.
Planned Maintenance
Long term painting contract for house painting (4-5 Years) - Open for expressions of interest until 5pm on Friday 6th February*.
1 – External paintwork (timber cladding, windows, doors etc) various locations
- Long term joinery contract (4-5 Years) - Open for expressions of interest until 5pm on Friday 6th February*.
- Kitchen replacement’s various locations
- Fabric first energy improvement works (3 properties) Virkie
- Insulation upgrades, new thermal doorset and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) Installations.
- Long term painting contracts for house painting (3-4 Years) - Open for expressions of interest until 5pm on Friday 6th February*.
- 1 – External paintwork (timber cladding, windows, doors etc) various locations
- 2 – External paintwork (timber cladding, windows, doors etc) various locations

- Dry-Dash Harling replacement (12 properties) Virkie - Open for expressions of interest until 5pm on Friday 6th February*.
- Re-rendering works
- Long term electrical contract (4-5 Years) - Open for expressions of interest until 5pm on Friday 6th February*.
- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) testing various locations
New Build Development
- House Build 2, Staneyhill, Lerwick (6 properties)
- The construction of six semi-detached properties including all external works.
