Hjaltland seeks tenant feedback

As part of our on-going commitment to reflect on the services we provide to all our tenants, a full tenant satisfaction survey is currently underway. An email from the Association will now be sitting in the inbox for tenants who have provided us with their email address, whilst the remaining tenants will receive either a phone call or a paper copy in the coming days and weeks. In celebration of our 50^th anniversary as a Registered Social Landlord, all tenants who complete a survey will be in with a chance of winning one of 10 x £50 vouchers, redeemable at their local shop. Tenants are advised that as part of the survey, we do ask for their name and address so that we can code all responses, enter all tenants who take part into the prize draw and follow up on any issues brought to our attention as part of the survey.

The survey will close on Friday 24^th October 2025 and a findings report will be published on our website and distributed to those who responded later this year. The results of the survey will not only be considered in terms of how we can improve our services but will also form part of our annual return to the Scottish Housing Regulator in May 2026.
