Could your financial or construction expertise help shape the future of housing in Shetland?

Hjaltland Housing Association is looking to recruit new voluntary Management Committee Members to help lead and direct the organisation as we continue to provide homes and support communities across Shetland.

As a Registered Social Landlord and Scottish Charity, we provide affordable homes throughout Shetland and are committed to delivering high-quality services for our tenants and communities.

We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with experience in financial management or construction and technical services who can help strengthen the leadership and governance of Hjaltland Housing Association.

Previous board experience is not essential. We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds who are passionate about making a positive difference in their communities. Hjaltland values diversity and is committed to equality of opportunity for all.

Although Management Committee membership is unpaid, reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed. Full induction, training and ongoing development opportunities are provided. The greatest reward is being part of a team helping to improve the lives of others across Shetland.
