New Phone Number For Out Of Office Hours Emergency Repairs

From 1st April 2019 the new number to call to report an emergency repair when the office is closed will be: 01595 692387.

From this date, following feedback from tenants and contractors, the Association will be trialling a new way of handling out-of-hours emergency repair calls. If you report an emergency repair when the office is closed (weekdays 5pm-9am, weekends and public holidays) the call will be handled by a response centre on behalf of the Association (they provide this service for other Housing Associations). This means that if you have an emergency repair out of hours you will only need to make one phone call. If the repair is an emergency, according to the Association’s Maintenance Policy, they will arrange for a contractor to visit to carry out a repair. If you contact a contractor directly they will ask you to contact the response centre.

What is an emergency repair?

A repair is considered an emergency where there is danger to someone or danger of serious damage to the property. We aim to make emergency repairs safe within 6 hours of them being reported.
