A phased switch off of the Radio Teleswitch Service (RTS), is beginning at the end of June 2025.
If you have not done so already, you should contact your energy supplier as soon as possible to book an appointment to upgrade to a smart meter to avoid disruption to your heating or billing.
Without this smart meter upgrade, your heating system or tariff may no longer function properly when the RTS is turned off.
