Scottish Housing Regulator Comparison Results

As a social housing landlord, we are accountable to all our tenants and strive to provide an excellent service to all. We can now share benchmarking information for the 2019/20 reporting year, allowing tenants to see how we compare against both the national average, and against a small peer group of landlords. The data relates to Customer Service Standards and Value for Money, two fundamental elements of providing an efficient and quality service. We are delighted to report we are outperforming the national average in all but 2 categories, and sit top of what was described as a very high performing peer group. This information will be discussed with our Tenant Focus Group in the near future, and we will complete a scrutiny exercise to identify what we can do to ensure continuous improvement for the year ahead. We acknowledge we don’t always get things right, but we look to learn from our mistakes and place great value on the input and feedback we receive from tenants.
