Scottish Housing Regulator Publishes Landlord Reports

September 3rd 2018

The Scottish Housing Regulator has reported that Scottish social landlords continue to show strong performance across most of the standards and outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter.

The Scottish Housing Regulator’s role is to protect the interests of tenants and other people who use the service of social landlords. The Scottish Social Housing Charter sets out the standards and outcomes that landlords should achieve. Each year Hjaltland, along with every other social landlord in Scotland is required to report to the Regulator on our performance against the Charter.

You can read more about Hjaltland’s performance as well as our performance comparison with other social landlords, by visiting the Scottish Housing Regulator’s website https://www.scottishhousingregulator.gov.uk/find-and-compare-landlords
