Priority Services will provide help to customers when they need it most

We all rely on electricity day to day for various things, but for some, a power cut can be particularly distressing and difficult. SSE offer extra help and support during a power cut, registering for their Priority Services will provide help to customers when they need it most. All of SSE's Priority Services are free.
Of course, everyone has different needs so feel free to contact them to discuss your requirements. If you, or if you know of any family/friends/neighbours who are any of the following, you may want to apply:

• Are deaf or hard of hearing
• Have a disability
• Live with children under five
• Are blind or partially sighted
• Have a chronic illness
• Use medical equipment/ aids reliant on electricity
• Are over 60
• Temporarily need extra support
