Financial Inclusion Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Inclusion Officer to work full time at our Head Office in Lerwick.
You must put our customers at the heart of everything, work with integrity, be open and honest, and take responsibility for delivering great outcomes for our customers and our business.
You will be based at our Head Office in Lerwick and have the ability to travel throughout Shetland to provide comprehensive and proactive services, provide information and assistance to tenants and prevent financial exclusion for households on low incomes or those impacted by the changes in the cost of living and welfare benefits.
