Staff Vacancy - Joiner
JOINER – FULL TIME, PERMANENT POSITION
37.5 hours per week | Grade 6 (Point TAS6) | £40,357 per annum (£20.70 per hour) inclusive of Island Allowance.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Joiner to join our property maintenance team. You will carry out planned and reactive repairs, refurbishment and improvement works across our housing stock, helping to keep tenants’ homes safe, secure and well maintained.
The role includes a varied range of joinery work in occupied and empty properties, including doors and frames, kitchens and fittings, skirtings, windows and general property repairs. You will diagnose faults, identify practical and cost-effective solutions, and work closely with colleagues, contractors and other trades.
You should have a recognised joinery/carpentry qualification, strong practical knowledge of domestic property maintenance, and a commitment to excellent customer service and safe working. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving licence is required and a company vehicle will be provided.
We offer excellent conditions, including 25 days’ annual leave plus 15 public holidays, a sickness benefit scheme and company pension. Additional payments will be made for emergency callouts.
