Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2018

Hjaltland Housing Association is committed to working with and listening to our tenants and customers. The Tenant Satisfaction Survey has been produced in conjunction with our Tenant Focus Group and provides us with really important information which helps to review and improve our services as well as collecting information to provide to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) about our performance.

This year, with the help our Tenant Focus Group with have amended the questions. We have tested the survey and found it takes around 10 minutes to complete, for links to the online versions of the survey, please visit here on our website.
