This project is due to commence construction in June 2026 and it is anticipated completion will be achieved in 2028.

This development will result in the provision of 32 new homes in Lerwick and is the first phase of housing on the Associations Staneyhill site. The properties will be accessed from North Loch Drive with parking provided inbetween each of the three blocks of flats.
